2025-2026 Offseason Workouts

Frederick Little League (FLL) offers numerous offseason workout opportunities for FLL players. Whether you're looking to perfect your swing or throwing motion, or you're looking to improve your conditioning, mindset, and discipline, there's an option for you.

FLL Baseball Skills Winter Workouts

FLL coaches will lead players through hitting, throwing, pitching, and catching drills. To register, select from the below sign up links.

Division dates and times:

• Coach Pitch: Every Thursday from January 8 - February 26 | 6-7pm | Cost: $60 per player | SIGN UP

• Minors Player Pitch: Every Sunday starting December 28 - March 1 | 4-5pm | Cost: $60 per player | SIGN UP

• Minors Player Pitch: Every Sunday starting December 28 - March 1 | 5-6pm | Cost: $60 per player | SIGN UP

• Majors: Every Tuesday starting January 6 - February 24 | 7:30-8:30pm | Cost: $60 per player | SIGN UP

• Teenage: Every Sunday starting January 4 - March 8 | 1-3pm | Cost: $150 per player | SIGN UP

 

Tuscacora High School Baseball Skills Workouts

FLL has partnered with the Tuscarora High School Baseball team to offer baseball skills and conditioning workouts in January for players aged 7-12.

Location: Tuscarora High School

Ages 7-12:
Sundays from 9am - 11am. Dates are: 1/4; 1/11; 1/18; 1/25

Cost: $40

NOTE: Players do not need to play for FLL to attend, so bring all your friends!

Strength & Conditioning Workouts at Crucible Performance

These workouts, led by instructors at Crucible Performance, emphasize strength, conditioning, confidence building, and teamwork.

Ages 12-15:
